More mens cards!

Well another lot of mens cards! phew i have made 4 cards today and the creativity is really with me, and my craft room is a pig sty (argg!).

Anyway here are my 3 new cards using the claire curd mens life stamps.They are fab stamps and love using my promarkers to colour them! Enjoy! katy xx

Lili of the valley challenge card

hi bloggers, here is my card ive made for the lili of the valley sketch challenge.Ive flipped the sketch and used whitewash cardstock sanded for a distressed look, i also used this on the flowers.I then used my nesties, cupcake stamp, papermania dewdrops, and pastel pink and white ribbon.Tjhe sentiment says "for you".

I hope its ok, ive never won anything before and i loved making this card, so fingers crossed! Thanks for pointing the way daisychain!xx

Rainy day heaven

Hi everyone! hope your all having a decent sort of day! i though id post a pic of my two newest cards! Its been raining like mad here in devon, so good excuse for me to get crafty!!

The 1st is a get well soon card using the pink gem horace stamp, coordinations cardstock papermania verde ribbon, and whispers ink pads, (oh and my nesties!).

The 2nd card, is one ive made using papermania flowers and ribbon again from the verde collection, glitter strips and card candy.An easy card but effective as a notelet!

Mint chocolate and cream tilda Challenge card

hi guys, this is my chocolate, mint and cream tilda card for the colour create challenge blog! I really enjoyed making this card,(im a huge chocoholic!), and i only hope that you guys like it too!The papers are from the capsule verde, and gemstone collections, The flowers and buttons are papermania too,and of course the image was fairy tilda (i just snipped her wings off). hi all! here is my coffeetime birthday card, ive used my cuttlebug embossing folders, nestabilities, funkykits coffee time stamp, papermania brads, and i love the flower (reminds me of coffee beans!) oh the paper is from the blossom and butterflies stack.

as im new to blogger, im just adding some recent photos of my work for you guys to see, so please bear with me! This is a card i made for the clare curd challenge on docrafts recently.I love the layout, and the stamp is (ofcourse) the free horace stamp from pink gem designs!

I loved using the papers too, they were from the sunshine capsule collection from papermania.AH! good old papermania....... what would i do without them!

nappy cake

hello everyone in blog land! here is a photo of my nappy cake. i made this today for a friend who is going on maternity leave soon. I really hope she likes it, it took me 2 hours to make it and im quite pleased with the result.

Its not quite finished yet, i have been asked to ad some nappy socks, dummy,baby gro, baby hat etc onto it.Im going to use nappy pins to attach these to the ribbon!, and maybe a small baby toy on the top to disguse the bottle top. I hope you like it!
